Welcome to Open Mic Night at The Workshop!
This is your chance to showcase your talents in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

YOUR VOLUNTEER HOST: Nyla Predmore

Here’s what you need to know:

✨ Family-Friendly Content: Performances must be appropriate for all ages.
✨ BYO Instruments: Bring your own instruments (except piano)!
We provide a microphone, weighted keyboard, music stands, and a speaker setup. BYO amps for guitars as needed.
✨ Original Content: Readings of written material must be original and under 5 minutes per set. Music does not have to be original, but please give credit to the original artists at your performance.
✨ Priority Sign-Ups: Online sign-ups in advance will have first priority for performance slots. Walk-ins can reserve spots at the door if time allows.

Guidelines for a Great Night
Be Prepared: Tune your instruments and be ready to go when your name is called.

Respect the Time Limit: Performances are limited to about 5 minutes (with some grace). Please be prepared to start promptly when called.

Respect the Equipment: Use house equipment responsibly and check with the host before plugging in or unplugging.

Be Respectful: Avoid talking during others' performances and respect all performers and audience members.

Be a Good Audience Member: Stay to enjoy and support other performances.

Have Fun: Open Mic Night is about sharing, learning, and connecting with others.
